Kristen's Story
As a child, I was overweight and sedentary. By the age of 25, I could count the times I’d been in a gym on one hand. At university, I joined sports teams but was often just a benchwarmer or someone to make up numbers. However, it was during this time that I discovered a passion: I realised that moving my body and staying active made me feel like the best version of myself. This sparked a journey of self-improvement, and over time, fitness and movement became central to my life.
I now work with people of all ages and backgrounds to help them achieve their goals. Whether you’re 11 or 80, I have developed my approach to suit people from all walks of life, tailoring every plan to the individual.
In 2019, I began my Master’s in Osteopathy to deepen my knowledge and enhance my ability to support others on their journey to better health. During my studies, I also undertook a massage qualification to broaden the ways I could help my clients. This has allowed me to integrate manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation into my practice, ensuring a holistic approach to well-being.
As an osteopath, my mission is to empower you to become the best version of yourself. I offer tailored treatments and guidance to support your specific needs, whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or looking to improve your overall function and quality of life.
If you’d like more information about my services or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by calling 07457 402 710 or emailing info@betterselffitnessuk.com. I’d love to hear from you and support you on your journey.
